Job Description:
CDL TRUCK DRIVING JOBS
A Plus Expediting & Logistics Inc. is looking for drivers with CDL class A licenses and a minimum of three years experience. We are expanding our fleet to include tractor and trailers and need drivers to fill them! All delivery driver positions are full time. Drivers deliver products to a wide variety of customers. Major responsibilities for drivers are: driving, unloading product (sometimes by hand), while complying with all safety regulations and providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties:
· Safely operate tractor-trailer on assigned route.
· Customer Service
· Drivers must be available during regular business hours.
· Change/adjust equipment to ensure legal weight distribution.
Experience and Qualifications:
· High School diploma preferred or GED accepted.
· Class A CDL.
· Ability to pass drug screen and DOT physical.
· While a clean MVR is preferred, less than perfect driving records will be fairly considered.
· Two years experience in operating a tractor and 53′ trailer.
· Ability to read and complete various forms and records as required.
Physical Demands:
· Walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs.)
